Our Project

I'm always working on something. Most of the time, it's getting results for my clients. But sometimes, it's a personal project that lets me explore new concepts and ideas.

 

Pranayama Meditation 

 Pranayama is the conscious awareness of the breath the life force that both energizes and relaxes the body. The term is derived from the Sanskrit word "Prana" meaning "life force" and "ayaam" meaning "extension" . Pranayama is an integral part of yoga. 


In this hatha class we explore a range of traditional yogic breathing exercises called Pranayama designed to leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized. Pranayama has a lot of benefits, it helps you concentrate better, sleep deeper, lowers your blood pressure and also reduces the stress levels in your body. Regular practice of Yoga is beneficial in the physical, mental, social and emotional development of the body and mind.


 This yoga class will teach you the proper breathing techniques and relaxation methods to incorporate into your daily life. Here we will practice some easy techniques of proper, deep breathing with some relaxing stretches. These are simple to follow and can be practiced at home as well.


   

 

A little bit about our class!

 In our class we focusing primarily on Pranayama/breathing. Where in we gently focus  our attention to our breath and draw our focus inwards towards oneself. Also are included some gentle and easy Yoga asanas or stretching exercises. We maintain a easy to follow instructional class for a novice and at the same time make it challenging enough for a experienced practitioner. This class will leave you feeling both relaxed & revitalized .
