A little bit about our class!
Our classes last about an hour focusing primarily on Pranayaam/breathing exercises. Where in we gently focus our attention to our breath and draw our focus inwards towards oneself. Also are included some gentle and easy stretching exercises. We maintain a easy to follow instructional class for a novice and at the same time make it challenging enough for a experienced practitioner. This class will leave you feeling both relaxed & revitalized .
